Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2025. Please review the studio terms governing production bookings, payments, and file handoffs at kirfulkim.
1. Scope of Service
kirfulkim provides interview studio facilities, technical recording staff, multi-camera video capture, and audio engineering services located at 350 Bay Street, Suite 700, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
2. Booking Confirmation & Payment
A studio reservation is formally confirmed once an official invoice or written confirmation has been issued. Our base studio session rate is 190 EUR (or Canadian Dollar equivalent based on commercial agreement). Invoices are due according to the payment schedule stated on the booking agreement prior to session commencement.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients may reschedule studio sessions without penalty by providing at least 48 hours written notice prior to the scheduled call time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved studio staffing and equipment allocation.
4. Studio Equipment & Facility Rules
Studio equipment is operated exclusively by kirfulkim personnel unless designated as client dry-hire in writing. Clients and their guests agree to respect facility guidelines, adhere to noise regulations in common areas, and follow technical safety instructions from our studio engineer.
5. Media Delivery & Storage Retention
Upon completion of recording, kirfulkim delivers synchronized multi-track audio and ISO video files via secure cloud link within 24 business hours. Master backup files are retained on local studio drives for 30 calendar days following delivery, after which archive files may be permanently expunged.
6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All editorial content, creative dialogue, and broadcast materials captured during client sessions remain the exclusive property of the client. kirfulkim claims no ownership or copyright over client interviews.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved within the judicial district of Toronto, Ontario.
